The AFC After School Program, a part of our educational efforts to share French language and culture, has served Albemarle County and Charlottesville City Schools since 2009. Led by a dedicated team of passionate and enthusiastic teachers, it welcomes more than a hundred elementary and middle school students every semester.

If your school is not part of our program yet and if you would like to try it out for an hour, our team is happy to come and visit.

This fall, our theme is “French outdoor games”

Play games while learning basic French vocabulary!

If you are interested in scheduling a 60-minute-long pop-up class at your school, email us now!

Steps to make it happen:

  1. Contact the AFC to set up time and date and discuss logistical details

  2. Once the date and time are confirmed, ask your students’ parents to sign up their child below.

  3. The AFC will send you a list of students signed up (8 minimum / 12 maximum). The cost is $15 per child for one hour of French.
